Role Overview: We seek motivated, quick-thinking individuals to join our customer team. This role offers career progression for the right candidates. If you have had experience speaking to customers in the UK/ US/ AUS and have a natural sales approach, you will be a strong candidate.

Responsibilities:
-Telephone support in the Inbound Sales team
-Dealing with customer bookings (email and by phone)
-Other General office and admin duties
-Supporting logistics and operations
-Promoting a continuous improvement and positive work environment

*Training will be provided before, during and on the job

Shift Pattern:
We offer various 8 hr shifts within UK working hours (between 8am and 5:30pm)
The right candidate will have some flexibility depending on team needs
We can often accommodate when someone needs to move their shift

Key Challenges:
Managing emergencies or last-minute changes to schedules, requiring calmness and problem-solving abilities
Essential Skills:
Happy speaking to clients in a sales environment
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong IT skills for quick and precise work
Customer care focus & attention to detail
Team player with effective communication skills in English

Our standard hiring & induction process is that we start with the 1st and 2nd month part time whilst training, and build up to full time in month 3. Sometimes this is quicker, depending on candidates.
