We are HelloNote, a leading EMR company providing services to Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and we are seeking Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
You will be an integral part of the day-to-day interaction with HelloNote's clients. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING CLIENTS WITH ANY BILLING QUESTIONS THEY HAVE.
We are currently hiring for a remote position on the 9 AM-5 PM EST shift. You will work a Monday-Friday schedule.
What You Will Do:
Day to day
Day to day phone follow-ups with clients
Responding to support inquires via ZenDesk, specifically related to billing
Scheduling onboardings and trainings.
Account management and system overview.
Training on the clearing house.
What You Will Need:
Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1+ years of experience in a billing customer support role.
Experience working software, SaaS products, and/or mobile apps.
Familiarity with basic web technology, software, and social media.
A team-centric mentality.
The ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally and vary messaging to different audiences.
A healthy sense of curiosity and an interest in learning new technologies.
A proactive nature, self-motivation, and dependability.
A love for getting to the bottom of things & improving them.
Flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly.
