Job Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets.
• Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance.
• Use multiple helpdesk platforms to ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer experience.

Requirements

?? Proven experience in customer support (minimum 2 years).
?? Familiarity with helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat, or similar).
?? Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
?? Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with patience and efficiency.
?? Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
?? Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
