Job Description: Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be our customers' friendly, knowledgeable point of contact. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction by handling every interaction with care and empathy.
Troubleshooting common problems and escalating issues when necessary.
Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Proactively identifying trends in customer inquiries and sharing them with the team to drive improvements.
Helping customers understand and make the most of our products or services, ensuring they feel confident and supported.

Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and personable in both written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities—you approach challenges with curiosity and persistence, exploring creative solutions.
Time management skills—you excel at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk) and a willingness to adapt to new tools quickly.
A knack for working independently, with little direct supervision, while feeling part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistant roles, or similar fields.
Experience working in a remote environment.
