Recurring Tasks to Perform Daily:
-Task and ticket ownership via service desk & zoho project & CRM
-Monitor and escalate customer issues to proper team
-Collect customer satisfaction surveys everyday, in accordance with ‘the core process’.
-Contact all completed projects from the prior week and submit surveys.
-Updating Onboarding Deals Key CRM fields, as needed.
-Onboarding Follow up & Communication per the Onboarding Process.
-Remote Onboarding Assistance
Possible “non-routine” asks:
-Onboarding Backend Work (Project Task Management)
-Assisting with escalation communication as needed
-Old IT Coordination
-Project Tasks / CS Desk Tickets as assigned
