Customer Success Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Representative. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients for our SaaS product and ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to customer success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to providing an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage live handoff from sales to customer success and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assist new clients in setting up their accounts, understanding our platform, and customizing solutions to meet their needs.
• Work closely with CRM systems to track customer information and progress through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with technical teams on prompt engineering and AI-driven solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide clear communication and support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Ensure all customer issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
