As our Customer Success Manager, you will be a key partner in ensuring seamless client transitions post-implementation. You will lead training sessions, provide warranty support, and manage client expectations effectively. Your ability to confidently navigate client conversations and maintain project boundaries will be essential.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the final phase of client implementation, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct customer training sessions to facilitate Spiff adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, addressing client concerns during the warranty period.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs.
- Gain a strong understanding of Spiff to offer insightful guidance.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring project scope remains well-defined.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
