A Day in Your Life at UpSell
You start your day by checking your client dashboard—you already know which customers are due for a follow-up and which ones might be at risk of churning. Instead of waiting for complaints, you reach out proactively, offering solutions before clients even ask.

In the afternoon, you run an automated WhatsApp check-in campaign for newer clients, ensuring they’re nurturing their leads properly. One client expresses frustration with their results—but instead of waiting for them to cancel, you jump in with a personalized solution and schedule a troubleshooting call. What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the First Line of Defense Against Churn – Identify at-risk customers early and re-engage them before they leave.
Turn Frustrated Clients into Long-Term Partners – Clients cancel when they feel they aren’t getting results. Your job is to educate them, optimize their campaigns, and show them the path to success.
Manage Customer Relationships Like a Salesperson – You’ll be incentivized to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers, making customer support a revenue-generating role.
Create Automated Retention Systems – Use WhatsApp and
Work Closely with the CEO to Scale the Business – This isn’t a mindless support job. You’ll be part of high-level strategy discussions, helping shape the future of UpSell’s customer experience.

Working Hours:
