- Perform light design work as needed.
- Work within Shopify to manage orders and customer interactions.

**Requirements:**
- **Fluent in English (both written and spoken)** – **Immaculate** grammar and communication skills.
- **Customer service experience** – Preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience with **Shopify,

- Ability to multitask and **prioritize tasks efficiently**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using different online tools.
