JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Customer Service & Sales Representative who can effectively communicate with customers from different regions and cultures. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive attitude toward sales. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions, all while driving sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
*Making outbound calls to Professionals.
*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that meet customer needs.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
* Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills in English .
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
* Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
* Comfortable using customer service software, CRM tools, and other digital communication platforms.
* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
Requirements:
* Must be eligible to work in Eastern Standard Time
* Must Be fluent In English
*Must have access to Zoom, Office,Adobe and so much more!
