**What You’ll Do:**

- Deliver top-tier customer service via live chat, email, and phone with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Manage orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth project execution and timely follow-ups
- Use CRM systems and Shopify to monitor and manage customer interactions and order flows
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Own your responsibilities with minimal supervision, thriving in a remote work environment
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all customer and project interactions

**What We’re Looking For:**

- **Flawless spoken and written English** – you must be articulate, clear, and professional
- **Highly organized** with a keen attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks
- **Self-motivated and independent** – you’re reliable and don’t need to be micromanaged
- **Experience with** Shopify, CRM systems (like HubSpot, Gorgias, or similar), and live chat tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
- Proven experience in customer service or project coordination, preferably in an e-commerce or high-ticket environment
