Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Team Lead to oversee a dynamic team responsible for both customer support and sales. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Shopify and CheckoutChamp, understand refund and dispute processes, and have a solid grasp of sales metrics. This role requires working night shifts to align with EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of customer service and sales representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to KPIs.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Handle escalations, refunds, and dispute processes efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilize Shopify and CheckoutChamp to manage customer transactions and support operations.
Train and coach team members to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Generate reports on team performance, customer feedback, and sales trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Shopify and CheckoutChamp is required.
Strong understanding of refund and dispute resolution processes.
Experience in sales and customer service leadership roles with a track record of achieving targets.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics to drive team success.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work night shifts (EST time zone).
Experience in e-commerce, BPO, or a similar industry is a plus.
