Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Azura Jewelry, you will be the friendly, detail-focused voice of our brand. You’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels—including
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via
- Provide accurate product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Order and Claim Management:
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy from placement to delivery.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and insurance claims according to company policies.
3. Product Listing Management:
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all information is precise and optimized for customer experience.
4. Issue Resolution & Documentation:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, documenting each interaction meticulously.
- Maintain detailed records of all processes to ensure consistency and continual improvement.
5. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with other tea
- Provide insights and suggestions to refine our processes and elevate service quality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing customer interactions via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram DMs,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling insurance claims is a bonus.
