JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Customer Service/E-Commerce Training Specialist to deliver technical, procedural, and soft-skills training for our remote team. This is a full-time, long-term role with room for growth. Call center training experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do
-Train new agents (1:1 and group sessions)
-Lead Zoom sessions on customer service best practices
-Create SOPs and training materials
-Improve training content and delivery

Qualifications
-1–2 years in customer service training
-3–5 years BPO/call center experience
-Virtual Assistant experience (preferred)
-Familiar with tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk
-Basic knowledge of CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Upgrade to see actual info)
-Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech Requirements
-PC/laptop (Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better)
-Wired internet (20 Mbps minimum)
