JOB OVERVIEW

We run an eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries, and we are looking for dedicated Customer Service Support Representatives to join our team for the long term. There is significant growth potential for individuals who consistently contribute positively to our company.

We are seeking candidates who can professionally represent our company by providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries with care, and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Slack (communication channel)
Gmail or other email support tools
DeepL (for translation)
Zendesk, Gorgias, or any other customer support software (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
Handling order issues, refunds, and tracking updates
Assisting customers with product-related questions in a professional and friendly manner
Escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolutions
Contributing to our internal documentation and improving customer support processes
Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
We Will Provide You With:
Video training
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to follow
Ongoing support to ensure you succeed in your role
Applicant Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Available for weekly team calls
Ready to start immediately
Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once transitioning to full-time (starting with a two-week trial)
Not currently working in another full-time position
Ideally, you have experience in customer support, handling eCommerce inquiries, and working with Shopify stores. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and ensuring they have a great experience.
