Mousify, a fast-growing e-commerce store specializing in premium beauty products, is looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our existing team. If you're a team player and enjoy providing excellent support to customers across various platforms, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally responding to customer reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and comments on
- Assisting the current customer service team in answering
- Handling disputes with professionalism and empathy, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and positively.
- Collaborating closely with other tea
- Identifying customer needs and providing feedback to improve our overall customer experience.
- Create reports on customer issues and report them to us.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Able to work with AI to provide support as if you are a native in the Dutch language.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Ability to handle customer feedback and disputes calmly and professionally.
- A proactive team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms
- University degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ambitious and a real teamplayer.
