As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Eniva Health. You’ll engage with our customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns resolved with care and professionalism. What’s needed from you...
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues with a can-do attitude.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile to deliver personalized care.
Serve as a product expert, educating customers on Eniva Health’s offerings and helping them find the solutions that best meet their health and wellness goals.
Handle complaints and feedback with grace and positivity, turning potentially challenging situations into opportunities to delight customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve processes.
Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.
Monitor trends in customer concerns and share insights with leadership to help enhance the overall customer experience.

About you...

You need to have...
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
A proven track record of handling customer concerns with grace and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High-speed internet and a reliable backup power source (this is a remote position).
A distraction-free, professional workspace at home.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in health and wellness, e-commerce, or supplements industries.
Experience with Gorgias, one of the leading customer experience platforms for ecommerce stores.

Pay and benefits...
Starting pay: $5/hour

Work hours...
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week). You must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Central Standard Time to ensure consistent communication with customers and the team.
