Position: Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant)
Are you a friendly, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping customers? Our Heating and Air Conditioning/Plumbing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who excels in communication and enjoys providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Follow established communication protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions.
- Use CRM systems to update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with dispatch to schedule services and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
- Use a headset to ensure clear and effective communication during calls.
Hours:
30-40 hours per week.
Includes 3 weeks of training (1.5 hours/day).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry is a plus but not required.
