We’re looking for exceptional customer service representatives to manage various tasks such as email support, live chats, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities:
-Represent our brand professionally across multiple customer service channels.
-Respond to customer inquiries with solution-oriented emails and live chat messages.
-Manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.

Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of customer service experience.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with Shopify/Amazon, customer service helpdesks, and communication tools.
-Reliable internet connection and a working PC.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
