Customer Service Representative (Gorgias, Zoho, Paypal, Klarna)

Hello future customer service rockstar!

For my dropshipping business, I am looking for a skilled and dedicated customer service representative who is available 4 hours a day, 7 days a week. The pay will be $3 per hour. If required, this position can move to full-time based on performance and the needs of the company. The work will start as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who excels in managing, planning, and administration, with a strong customer-first attitude. You must be experienced in handling disputes (primarily PayPal and Klarna) to ensure minimal losses. It is a must to win as many disputes as possible to minimize losses while maintaining customer satisfaction. If you take pride in your work, are detail-oriented, and stress-resistant, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Zoho Desk and Gorgias to respond to customer tickets and Shopify is a must.
2. Experience with handling Klarna and PayPal disputes.
4. Fast and reliable internet connection.
5. Quick response times and a commitment to providing excellent service.
