JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in natural products, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other platforms
- Track and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Process order modifications, including address corrections and cancellations
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues by coordinating with shipping carriers
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers regarding product inquiries, policies, and order statuses
- Document and improve customer service processes as needed

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (E-commerce experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias etc..)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Shipbob)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule but must be available during peak support hours (to be discussed)
