JOB OVERVIEW

Evolve Property Management are a rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation/Vacation Rental Management business that focuses on marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Air BnB and Upgrade to see actual info.
We require experienced Customer Service Representatives to help us grow the business and maintain excellent levels of customer service and operation.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our houses and apartments
- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other local areas
The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups)
- Email Management (Zero inbox rule)
- Guest Management (using our simple drag & drop system)
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. - Strong team communication (via Slack)
- Guest Feedback Management

The right candidate will have a background with:
- Experience in property management
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Experience as a VA is preferable
