Role Overview

We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, SMS, and online booking — guiding them with kindness, clarity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and SMS messages from customers
Assist with booking appointments using our scheduling platform Moego (training provided)
Help customers with inquiries, reschedules, and follow-ups
Maintain clear, professional communication via email and text
Take notes in our CRM and follow internal procedures
Learn and use tools such as ChatGPT, and other internal systems
Report to management with any customer feedback or recurring issues

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (call center, support, admin, etc.)
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or North American accent preferred)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable learning and using new software (experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, or AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling calls/texts
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
