Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This is a 9-5 EST job

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Good English Communications Skills
- Good Comprehension Skills
- Experienced in following up with the customer via Calls, and Emails
- Schedule Jobs and make sure all customer interactions are documented properly
- Proactive with asking questions
- Working alongside colleagues to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Data entry into custom company software
- Excellent call handling
- Coachable and values feedback
