Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via

Collaborate with the support team to improve overall customer experience and support processes.

Assist in creating and updating FAQs and support documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Proficient in using computers and software such as MS Office,
A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
