Job Summary:
Easy Seller Leads is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, manage inbound communication, and ensure seamless scheduling for our tea
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Review & Management: Monitor and manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals. This includes reviewing key account metrics, meeting with clients, making account adjustments, coordinating with other departments, and follow up to ensure optimum results.
• Client Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via
• CRM Management: Utilize GoHighLevel to monitor and manage client interactions, update records, and track communication history.
• Inbound Communication: Monitor and prioritize incoming messages from clients, ensuring timely responses and efficient follow-up.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for tea
• Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate tea
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide updates on client concerns and maintain alignment across all departments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a tech environment.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Able to work in US business hours
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
