Customer Service Rep | Shopify

— THE ROLE —
This full-time role focuses on communicating with our customers via email & through social media, while working closely with our support and fulfillment team. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer emails (using Freshdesk)
- Social media moderation (Facebook & Instagram).
- Managing order updates and tracking information.
- Performing data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

— QUALIFICATIONS —
- Customer support experience with physical products
- Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Fast typing speed & computer skills
- Experience with data entry on Google Suite, Excel, etc.
- Experience with social media for moderation (Facebook & Instagram)
- Full-time availability (able to work minimum 40 hours/week)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and systems
