We are an Australia-based e-commerce store on a mission to save funky fruits and veggies that don’t meet the perfect standards of major supermarkets. If you have a passion for customer service, leading a team, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage our customer service team to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels (email, chat, social
media, etc.)
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries with a professional, empathetic approach
- Monitor customer service performance and provide guidance to ensure efficient and positive resolutions
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer
concerns
- Track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving our customer service processes and team development

What We’re Looking For:

- Available to start ASAP
- Can work weekends if needed
- No other work commitments
- Owns a laptop/PC with a strong, reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Proven experience in customer service management or leadership
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus
- Experience with customer service software, analytics, and scheduling tools is a bonus
