We are an Ecommerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.
We are looking to grow our workforce by hiring a Customer Service Manager (f/m/u).
We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.
Being well organized and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English.
Key Duties:
Lead and support the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and respond to customer
Supervise and ensure smooth processing of product orders, fulfillment, and provision of tracking numbers.
Analyze, report, and optimize customer service strategies to minimize refunds.
Handle and resolve disputes related to Stripe, credit card, and PayPal transactions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role in customer service, call centers, or help desk support, particularly through
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a bonus).
Ability to assess situations and escalate issues when necessary.
Professional demeanor in handling disgruntled or dissatisfied customers.
Comfort in following strict policy guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Strong multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Approximately 4-8 hours per day commitment.
Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Access to a laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay connected with the team.
A university degree is a plus but not required.
A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
