Are you an experienced call center professional with excellent English communication skills? We’re looking for a driven and talented agent to join our USA campaign team!

What We Offer:

???? Starting Salary: 15,000 PHP/month + 5% commission on sales.
???? Performance-Based Growth: Basic salary increases in just 1-3 months for top performers.
???? Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EST, only 3 hours).
Your Role:

Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer support.
Generate leads and close sales with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:

???? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the call center industry.
???? Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills.
???? Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
