Our Customer Service Associates are responsible for delivering exquisite customer service and technical support to our customers through phone,
The primary responsibilities are:
• Process in-bound/outbound calls,
• Assist with out of stock, on hold, and payment verification, etc.
• Assist with mediation support and recommendations for minor complaints.
• Serve as a quick-response resource to end users for urgent service-related assistance needs
• Provide additional support to customer service teammates and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Fluent in English on Speaking, Reading, and Writing REQUIRED
• 2 years of remote working experience REQUIRED
• Enjoy working and helping people
• Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible
• Experience in Amazon or online customer support
• 2 years of product service experience preferred
