Customer Service Agent | Shopify Drophsipping

Hi future team member,

We run an Ecommerce dropshipping business in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a long-term employee to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company.

We recently started a new store. So in the beginning you will be an all-rounder and you will have to do all kinds of different tasks to work for this store.

What kind of tasks are included?

- Customer service (This is approximately max 30 minutes a day for now in the beginning)
- Product listing with our own AI Automation
- Contact with our supplier
- Product research
- Managing the Shopify store

You will be the person who is able to do almost every single operational task for this store. We will learn you everything about the operational tasks that has to be done. In the beginning it will be 20 hours per week, but it will go to fulltime really soon.

You MUST have worked in customer service before and it’s important that you have the skills to handle customer service by yourself.

It’s important that you have knowledge of ecommerce in general so that it would be a streamlined process if we are going to learn you all the operational tasks.

Reamaze (support help desk)
Shopify
Slack
Google Sheets
PayPal dispute management
Canva
AI tools
Airtable (is not a must, but would be a pre)
