Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, solving problems, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Solve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting
and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Keep personal equipment in good condition and ready for customer support.
- Work closely with the team to meet the company's overall goals.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an online retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and ability to manage stress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work 7 days a week with flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
