Customer Service Representative (Sports Betting Industry)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time (25-26 hours/week)
Shifts Available:
Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift 2: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Rotating Schedule: One full day off every three days
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support for our sports betting platform. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure an exceptional betting experience for our users. You’ll be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring players receive timely and professional support.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat,
Assist players with account-related issues, including deposits, withdrawals, and general betting inquiries.
Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the sports betting, gaming, or fintech industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Basic understanding of sports betting terminology and platforms.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems and support platforms.
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
