**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and driving sales of our credit repair and funding services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Answer and manage all incoming inquiries via our business phone line.
* Provide accurate and helpful information about our credit repair and funding services.
* Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
* Effectively close sales and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
* Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.
* Earn commission on all services sold.

**Qualifications:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and customer service skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software (preferred).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
* Understanding of credit repair and funding is a plus.

**Details:**

* Part-time position: 20-25 hours per week.
* Flexible scheduling within the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
* Compensation: $35 per week, plus commission on all services sold.
