Customer Review Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer reviews and feedback, ensuring the company’s online reputation remains positive. You will engage with customers to address their feedback, encourage reviews, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, respond to, and manage customer reviews across various platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, social media).
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and encourage positive reviews.
• Address negative reviews professionally and effectively, resolving issues where possible.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns highlighted in reviews.
• Analyze review trends and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and business operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to encourage customer feedback and reviews.
• Maintain a database of reviews and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Stay up to date with best practices for online reputation management and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, reputation management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with review platforms, CRM software, and social media tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
