Customer Relations & Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all phone and email inquiries

• Respond promptly to all incoming customer communications
• Provide accurate information about our services and processes
•Address customer concerns and complaints professionally

2. Vet incoming leads
• Assess potential clients based on predefined criteria
• Qualify leads to determine their suitability and readiness

3. Nurture customer relationships
• Develop and implement customer nurturing strategies
• Track customer interactions and preferences
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

4. Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Manage the sales team's calendar
• Coordinate with potential clients to find suitable meeting times
• Send meeting invitations and reminders
• Prepare necessary documents or information for sales meetings

5. Conduct email and call outreach campaigns
• Develop targeted outreach lists
• Create compelling email templates and phone scripts
• Execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients
• Track and report on campaign performance

6. Support marketing and sales teams with ad hoc tasks
• Assist in creating and updating sales materials
• Help prepare presentations and reports
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
