Customer Outreach Specialist

Position Overview:
-We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Outreach Specialist to join our team.
-The ideal candidate is proficient in tools like ReSquared and Seamless AI and has experience with online prospecting and lead generation.
-This role is responsible for engaging potential clients through personalized, persuasive communication across email and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Use ReSquared and Seamless AI to identify, research, and qualify leads for outreach campaigns.
-Develop and execute multi-step outreach sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
-Collaborate with immediate supervisor to align outreach strategies with business goals.
-Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, reply rates) to optimize campaign performance.
-Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activity in Google Sheets.
