JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities -
• Work with supply planning, 3PL, and freight broker to make sure orders are shipping as planned
• Provide frequent and timely updates on all actions taken on customer orders i.e. communicate delays, cuts, pricing issues, orders not meeting MOQs
• Ensure correct entry of original orders and order changes into immi’s ERP system
• Create vendor purchase orders for all items received via customer sales orders
• Obtain bill of ladings and generate invoices
• Proactively and quickly communicate any issues with PO delivery dates, fill rates, etc. to relevant parties
• Investigate and resolve all shipping issues including short-shipments, damages, mis-shipments, returns
• Research and obtain ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and information on returns and other requests as needed
• Process Amazon FBA orders
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements -
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Operations Specialist
• Advanced excel (Microsoft Office required with a focus of advanced Excel)
• High attention to detail, problem solving, and ability to work in a fast past environment
• Ability to analyze data and present data in an easy to read format
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Polished writing and communication skills
• Ability to use multiple communication platforms, Loom, Slack, Gmail

Qualifications -
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or supply chain management, preferably in the CPG industry
• Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting)
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Working hours will be 9am-5pm PST (immi is based in USA)
