We’re Surepaint™—an ambitious painting company shaking up the industry with innovative processes and customer-centric solutions. To deliver world-class experiences, we need YOU to manage our customer relationships like a pro.
As a Customer Management Representative, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for our customers—the rockstar who ensures their journey with Surepaint™ is smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. From qualifying leads to project updates and post-completion check-ins, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Manage Leads: Qualify inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure customers feel supported from the first call.
* Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through project kickoffs, set clear expectations, and keep communication flowing.
* Project Updates: Act as the go-to liaison for project updates, timelines, and addressing any concerns.
* Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and ensure every project runs smoothly.
* Customer Retention: Keep the conversation going post-project—build loyalty, re-engage past customers, and promote future services.
