Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a customer experience manager to help us operate our business. You would be given a phone and would be tasked with responding to customers via text and helping them place their orders as well as working with our delivery team (drivers) to make sure that the orders are delivered in a timely manor while understanding and taking into account the logistics of who to send and where to send them.
