JOB OVERVIEW

A US-based e-commerce company in the Pet Nutrition space is looking for a talented Customer Experience Associate.

*Full time remote
*Competitive salary
*US Hours

Job Responsibilities
>Manage and address all inbound customer inquiries across website, Amazon,
and TikTok Shop
>Monitor and address customer product reviews and questions across the website,
Amazon, and TikTok Shop
>Assist customers with account management, including account creation, password
resets and navigation of the account portal
>Assist customers with subscription, loyalty, and promotion management, proactively
offering hands-on support
>Order management: process cancellations, returns, replacement orders, and refunds
>Assist in the administration of all CX software tools

Job Requirements
> 2 years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Account Management
> Strong written and verbal communication skills
> Must have experience with Shopify, Gorgias and/or Zendesk, and Amazon Seller
Central.
> Bonus points for experience with Smartrr, Skio, Okendo, Loyalty Lion, Deposco,
ZenDesk and, Wonderment
