Job Description
As a Curriculum Developer, you will:
* Develop curriculum for college/university programs that meet provincial program standards and guidelines.
* Create micro-credential courses and workshops to address specific learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with the education team to ensure curriculum quality and alignment with institutional goals.
* Support accreditation processes by working with accrediting bodies (if applicable).
* Provide assistance to the education team as needed, including preparing syllabi, instructional materials, and evaluations.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
* Education: A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in developing curriculum at a college/university level.
* Skills:
* Ability to interpret and apply provincial program standards.
* Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
* Experience working with accrediting bodies on curriculum-related matters.
* Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning management systems.

Work Hours
* Must be available to work during Canadian hours (specific hours negotiable).
