Guiding and informing clients throughout the on/offboarding process, ensuring the clients have everything they need during the transition.
Updating the account information in Autotask during and after the on/offboarding process.
Managing and updating tasks in the project during and after the on/offboarding transition.
Coordinating and assisting other departments and divisions during the on/offboarding process.
Tracking offboarded properties with outstanding balances.
Job Description
The transitions specialist is responsible for facilitating the smooth on/offboarding of clients. This role involves managing the project within the system, coordinating with clients about their needs, and provide the clients and other divisions with the necessary information during the transition and ensuring all necessary steps are taken on the dates given by the clients.
Qualification
