JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Recruiter. To be an ideal candidate, you should:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Generate and source leads for blockchain tech related roles.
-Conduct initial Interview and process onboarding requirements.
-Manage Job boards and do postings.
-Manage ATS system specifically Manatal.
-Create Job Descriptions and documentations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- -2 years of experience in recruitment
-Knowledgeable about blockchain recruiting.
-Must be proficient in using job boards and ATS Systems.
-Must have Good Communication Skills
-Tech savvy.
-Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
-Fluent English communicator.
-Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology.
-Values aligned with the Energi culture and values.
-Optimize SEO.

NICE TO HAVE
-Has experience in blockchain recruiting.
-Familiarity with crypto-related terms and MetaMask.
-Proficient in Google Workspace and Manatal.
-Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
