At NWC Funding, we help clients restore and build their credit using consumer law and aggressive disputing strategies. We are looking for a highly experienced Credit Repair Specialist who understands CFPB complaints, FTC reports, consumer law-based disputes, and can call the bureaus directly.
If you have real experience in high-level credit repair & aggressive disputing, this is the perfect role for you!
???? Responsibilities:
? Handle aggressive credit disputes – Remove collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, late payments, and inquiries using consumer law.
? File CFPB complaints & FTC reports – Follow proper escalation procedures to force compliance.
? Call bureaus directly – Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion to escalate disputes and push for removals.
? Draft & send consumer law-based disputes – Ensure all disputes follow the correct legal structure.
? Monitor and track dispute progress – Keep detailed records of responses and next dispute steps.
? Assist with credit profile audits – Identify errors, violations, and actionable dispute strategies.
???? Who We’re Looking For:
? MUST have 2+ years of experience in credit repair & aggressive disputing
? Deep knowledge of CFPB complaints, FTC reports, and consumer law-based disputes
? Experience calling the bureaus & pushing disputes through escalation
? Proficient in credit repair software (DisputeFox, Credit Repair Cloud, etc.)
? Strong written & verbal English skills (for disputing and client communication)
