We're growing fast and looking for a Credit Repair Customer Service Agent to join our team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with credit repair and customer service, we want to hear from you.
???? Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer support to clients, ensuring smooth communication and updates on their credit repair progress.
Call credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) on behalf of clients to expedite dispute processes.
Handle inbound and outbound calls,
Use DisputeFox CRM to track, manage, and update client progress efficiently.
Assist clients in gathering the necessary documents for dispute submissions.
Work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) to track client cases, disputes, and progress reports.
Identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
???? Qualifications:
? Experience in credit repair (1+ years preferred)
? Familiarity with DisputeFox CRM (or similar credit repair management systems)
? Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
? Experience calling credit bureaus is a major plus!
? Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
? Strong attention to detail and organization
