### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management** – Engage with and nurture leads from targeted ad campaigns.
- **Data Management** – Accurately input and update client information in our CRM system. (Go High Level)
- **Customer Service** –
- Provide exceptional client support through
- Send regular client updates every 30-45 days via GoHighLevel.
- **Appointment Scheduling** – Use Calendly to schedule appointments for prospective clients.
- **Administrative Support** – Assist with various operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
- **Letter Creation & Submission** –
- Draft persuasive dispute letters for inquiries, late payments, and negative accounts.
- Communicate with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and submit documentation to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
### **Qualifications**
- Proven experience in credit repair and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Credit Repair Cloud and GoHighLevel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Solid understanding of consumer law and credit dispute procedures.
