We’re looking for Virtual Assistants (Lead Conversion Specialists) to help convert free members into Premium subscribers.

Job Overview:
As a Lead Conversion Specialist, your role is to call leads who have joined our free community but have not upgraded to Premium. Your primary objective is to convert them into Premium members using a simple, proven call script. You’ll address any issues they have accessing the community, introduce the $2 trial promo for Premium, and log all call outcomes in our tracking system.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Call free members to introduce the Premium Community.
Lead Engagement: Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and build rapport.
Promote Premium Offer: Highlight benefits like training videos, DIY credit repair software, and live weekly webinars with Semaj Henderson.
Overcome Objections: Address pushbacks and encourage sign-ups for the $2 trial with a 2-day free trial.
Track Results: Log each call as Converted, Call Back, or N/A in our CRM/Google Sheets.

Skills & Requirements:
Experience: Customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken English and persuasive communication skills.
Tech Skills: Ability to use CRM, Google Sheets, and phone tools like Google Voice.
Attention to Detail: Track call results accurately and take thorough notes.
Problem-Solving: Address objections with confidence and clarity.
