Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the credit stacking industry. The ideal candidate will professionally handle client calls, accurately complete detailed dispute forms, and confidently communicate with credit bureaus to dispute negative items, including hard inquiries.
You must thoroughly understand how credit bureaus operate, know precisely which documentation to submit, and expertly navigate bureau phone calls to effectively remove inaccuracies from client credit profiles. While the primary focus is on credit repair and preparing clients for successful credit stacking, additional experience assisting clients in selecting business credit cards tailored to their specific credit situations would be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed credit consultations with clients via phone and virtual meetings.
-Effectively dispute negative items, including hard inquiries, by professionally communicating with credit bureaus via phone and
mail.
-Complete and submit accurate and thorough credit dispute documentation.
-Analyze client credit reports for inaccuracies and opportunities for improvement.
-Clearly educate and guide clients through improving their credit profiles.
-Maintain consistent, professional, and empathetic client communication.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients are properly prepared for credit stacking.
-(Bonus) Recommend and assist clients in obtaining optimal business credit cards based on individual credit profiles.
Qualifications:
? Essential:
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in credit repair and credit stacking preparation.
Comprehensive understanding of how credit bureaus function and proven success disputing negative credit items, especially hard inquiries.
Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation and empathy toward client situations.

Experience obtaining business credit cards and understanding how specific cards match individual client needs.
Familiarity with credit stacking techniques and credit product offerings across multiple financial institutions.
